Johannesburg Water has been monitoring the water levels at Randjieslaagte reservoir, since repairs were completed on a 600mm valve on Monday. The reservoir is currently at 2.4m. Several customers continue to experience no water / poor pressure after work was completed. Johannesburg Water has taken the costumer concerns seriously and is being purposeful and thorough in investigating the cause of the problem.

We will shortly receive feedback from the pressure logging on the supply line to the reservoir. Jojos have been placed in affected areas. Johannesburg Water apologises to customers for the inconvenience caused. Further updates will be provided in due course.
